Local Pickup Information

For your convenience, I offer contactless local pickup.

​

  • A secure pickup bin is available for local order pickups at your convenience.

  • You will be notified as soon as your order is complete and ready for pickup.

  • Your order will be placed in the pickup bin shortly after you receive your notification.

For the safety and security of both our customers and our business:

  • The pickup area is monitored by 24-hour security cameras.

  • Orders should be picked up within 24 hours of being placed in the pickup bin.

  • Trina's Personalized Creations & Photography is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or weather-related items that remain in the pickup bin longer than 24 hours after they have been placed there.

We proudly ship nationwide throughout the United States.

  • Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Your shipping total will be displayed at checkout before your order is finalized.

  • Processing & Turnaround Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Please note that turnaround times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume.

  • Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your package's delivery status.

Payment Methods & Payment Policy​

All orders will receive a Square Invoice, which will be sent to you via  Email | Text Message | Facebook Messenger

Invoices can be paid securely using:

Apple Pay

  • Cash Payments

Customers who prefer to pay with cash may do so by placing their payment in the secure payment drop box located next to the local pickup bin.

Please do not leave cash anywhere other than the designated payment drop box.

  • Payment Requirements

Payment is required before production begins on any order, regardless of the total purchase amount.

Production will not begin until payment has been received and confirmed, unless other arrangements have been made and approved directly by Trina.

Orders that remain unpaid may experience delays in production and completion.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund Policy

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Custom and personalized items are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • We do not offer refunds on custom-made or personalized products once production has begun or the order has been completed.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • For general merchandise (non-custom items) only:

  • Exchanges or store credit may be issued within 3 days of the date you were notified that your order was completed.

  • Merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging when applicable.

  • After the 3-day period, exchanges and store credit will no longer be available.
